This film was produced in 1967, shortly after the death of the popular American artist/illustrator Maxfield Parrish. Rare footage of his home in Cornish, New York, is seen just as the 96-year old had left it. With narration by his son, Maxfield Parrish, Jr. and artist/friend Norman Rockwell, the film gives a grainy yet engaging portrait using many original paintings at that time.
